Delivery and Returns

Covid Update: 

It can take 4-8 working days extra for your order to be delivered. Please understand that we do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Preparing your order can take up to 4 working days more, because our distribution center is experiencing delays due to covid/lockdown restrictions and a very high volume of orders. 

Delivering your order can take another 4 working days extra, because all couriers have the same situation

Brexit Update

Delivery to the UK can take 1-2 weeks longer as the courier companies / border control get used to the new often unknown Brexit regulations

Normal Delivery

We process orders from Monday to Friday and ship them to you with the utmost care. Orders placed before 16:00 are usually sent out the same day.  We use professional couriers like GLS and DPD and sometimes DHL. The couriers deliver on weekdays.
Covid delays: 1-4 days in warehouse + 1-4 days by courier

Tracking information and number

When your order is ready we give it to the courier. After that the courier sends you an email with your tracking link and number and delivery information. Contact the courier yourself if you have special instructions or wishes. 

When can I expect my order?

Belgium & Netherlands 

Orders placed before 18:00 are mostly delivered within 1 -2 working days.

Covid delays can be an extra 4-8 working days 

Germany

Orders placed before 16.00 are mostly delivered within 1 -2 working days..

Covid delays can be an extra 4-8 working days 

UK

Orders placed before 16.00 are mostly delivered within 3-4 working days..

Brexit/Covid delays: can be an extra 2-3 weeks

 

Other EU countries

Orders placed before 16.00 are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days.

Switzerland

We collect all orders for Switzerland and ship these once a week. Usually on Tuesday. This is the most efficient for custom clearance. That way you do not have to worry about having to pay extra costs, VAT or duties when you receive the parcel. We take care of all the transport costs and VAT.

 Rest of the world

We do not ship outside the EU. If you need help with an export order please contact our customer service.

Duties & VAT

For EU countries, UK and Switzerland we take care of all duties and VAT. For all other countries you are responsible for any duties that may occur..

Returns

Not happy with your purchase?

You can return your products within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Within the EU/UK the returns are free of charge! For other countries we ask that you pay the return shipping costs. Please send an email to our customer service.

Is your device not working?

We will exchange your product and provide you with a free return label. You will then receive a replacement product from us.
