The “recipe” for our junior sales representative

  • Good command of Dutch, English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
  • Completed HBO or WO education, in a commercial/economic direction or having a commercial background.
  • 1 – 3 years relevant work experience or directly from school, starting with us in a Traineeship.
  • Strongly developed communication skills, including very good listening skills.
  • Persuasive, driven, persistent and representative.
  • You are flexible.
  • You work independently but maintain a team spirit. You understand that your decisions can have a big impact on your colleagues in other departments.
  • You want to work in a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic team, with opportunities to grow.
  • You have a passion for health, lifestyle and nutrition.

What does the job involve

For the Commercial Support department, you will be responsible for generating new business within the European market.

  • Primarily responsible for acquisition of new customers and also relationship management.
  • You ensure that turnover is increased by following up on leads, bringing in new customers and expanding and retaining the purchasing groups of existing customers.
  • Ensure correct handling of complaints.
  • Identifying and creating new opportunities and sales and responding proactively.
  • Achieving your turnover and sales targets.
