The “recipe” for our junior sales representative

Good command of Dutch, English (knowledge of German is an advantage).

Completed HBO or WO education, in a commercial/economic direction or having a commercial background.

1 – 3 years relevant work experience or directly from school, starting with us in a Traineeship.

Strongly developed communication skills, including very good listening skills.

Persuasive, driven, persistent and representative.

You work independently but maintain a team spirit. You understand that your decisions can have a big impact on your colleagues in other departments.

What does the job involve
For the Commercial Support department, you will be responsible for generating new business within the European market.

Primarily responsible for acquisition of new customers and also relationship management.

You ensure that turnover is increased by following up on leads, bringing in new customers and expanding and retaining the purchasing groups of existing customers.

Ensure correct handling of complaints.

Identifying and creating new opportunities and sales and responding proactively.

Achieving your turnover and sales targets.
