Experience in areas such as PMO\/PAGO, vitality, healthcare, diagnostics, account management, product management or consultancy can be a strong fit.<\/p>\n<p>More important than your current job title is that you understand the healthcare market, enjoy working with customers, recognise commercial opportunities and want to take responsibility for growth.<\/p>\n<h2>About Swiss Point of Care<\/h2>\n<p>Swiss Point of Care is part of Vital20 and focuses on medical diagnostics and preventive health.<\/p>\n<p>We develop and supply solutions for areas including cholesterol, glucose, ketones, haemoglobin, cardiovascular risk and rapid self-tests. Our customers and partners include pharmacies, healthcare professionals, employers, screening organisations and distributors.<\/p>\n<p>We are a small and dynamic team with short communication lines, a high level of personal responsibility and plenty of room to move quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Our products are already sold in several European markets. In the coming years, we aim to further strengthen our position across the Benelux and DACH regions.<\/p>\n<h2>What will you do?<\/h2>\n<p>You will be responsible for commercial growth across the Benelux and DACH regions. You will manage existing customers, develop new accounts and build new partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>developing and growing existing customer relationships;<\/li>\n<li>actively approaching new customers, distributors and partners;<\/li>\n<li>developing commercial opportunities within PMO, PAGO, health screening and preventive health;<\/li>\n<li>conducting commercial discussions and negotiating pricing and terms;<\/li>\n<li>preparing and following up on quotations and commercial proposals;<\/li>\n<li>managing your sales pipeline and customer activities in CRM;<\/li>\n<li>using commercial data and market information to identify opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>representing Swiss Point of Care at trade shows, congresses and customer meetings;<\/li>\n<li>working closely with marketing, operations and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will have clear commercial objectives, combined with the freedom to develop your market and customer portfolio in your own way.<\/p>\n<h2>Who are we looking for?<\/h2>\n<p>You have several years of relevant experience in areas such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preventive or occupational health;<\/li>\n<li>PMO\/PAGO or health screening;<\/li>\n<li>occupational health services or sustainable employability;<\/li>\n<li>diagnostics or medical devices;<\/li>\n<li>healthcare supply or distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your current role does not need to be a sales position.
