Dry your hand with clean towel.<\/li><li><strong>Prepare the test device and capillary pipette:<\/strong> Take them out from the protective pouch (tear at the notch) and place them in the reach of your hands (you will need them later). Discard the desiccant bag.<\/li><li><strong>Open the diluent dropper vial:<\/strong> Remove the screw cap of the vial and keep it nearby.<\/li><li><strong>Prepare the lancet.<\/strong> Hold the lancet without touching the trigger button. Unlock the cap twisting it off \u00bc turn until you feel it separates from the lancet and then continue twisting it (2-3 rotations). Don\u2019t pull just twist and discard the cap when finished. \u2460\u2461<\/li><li><strong>Clean the end of the middle or ring finger<\/strong> with cotton damped with alcohol. Massage the chosen finger towards the tip for 10 to 15 seconds to enhance the blood flow.<\/li><li><strong>Prick the finger:<\/strong> put the lancet firmly against the side of the previously cleaned finger, and press the release trigger button.\u2462 The lancet will automatically retract into the body of the device. Gently massage the finger to create a nice round blood droplet.\u2463<\/li><li><strong>Collect the blood with the capillary pipette:<\/strong> Gently touch the blood droplet with the open end of the capillary pipette. It must be filled until the line indicated on the capillary pipette. Do not press the bulb, it fills by itself. Make another blood droplet if the line is not reached. As far as possible, avoid air bubbles. \u2464<\/li><li><strong>Place the collected blood sample into the previously opened diluent dropper vial<\/strong> by pressing the bulb of the pipette. Make sure that the complete volume of blood sample is added into the diluent dropper vial by pressing 2-3 times the bulb of the pipette and therefore rinsing the inner part of the pipette with diluent solution. Replace the screw cap on the diluent dropper vial and mix thoroughly. \u2465<\/li><li><strong>Break the tip of the dropper vial<\/strong> containing the diluted blood sample. Hold it vertically and slowly add exactly 4 drops in the sample well of the device with an interval of 2-3 seconds between each drop. \u2466&amp;\u2467<\/li><li><strong>Read the result after 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12b7c56e
