Hot Dalgona Coffee for Ketonians with MCT Powder

Ingredients for 2 coffees:

  • 15g instant coffee (2 tbsp)
  • 40g erythritol
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla, tasy spices like gingerbread, speculoos
  • 400ml almond milk
  • 2 scoops of MCT powder
  • whipped cream


  1. Dissolve the coffee with 3 tbsp. boiling water
  2. Mix the erythritol with the spices and add to the coffee-water mixture and mix everything for 5 minutes on the highest speed. Use e.g. a hand mixer, a thick cream should be formed.
  3. Heat the almond milk, really hot, but do not boil
  4. Mix the MCT powder with the almond milk using amixer, blender or electric whisk
  5. Pour the coffee micture over it
  6. Top with plenty of fresh cream
