Bezoekers kregen de mogelijkheid om gratis hartgezondheidsscreenings te ondergaan en binnen enkele minuten waardevolle inzichten te krijgen in hun cardiovasculaire risicofactoren.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udccd M\u00fcnchen | \ud83d\udcac Hartgezondheid &amp; Preventie | \u23f1\ufe0f 3 minuten leestijd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gratis-hartgezondheidsscreenings-in-de-stad\">Gratis hartgezondheidsscreenings in de stad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als onderdeel van het initiatief konden bezoekers kosteloos belangrijke gezondheidswaarden laten controleren, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bloeddruk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bloedsuiker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cholesterolwaarden gemeten met de Mission 3-in-1 Cholesterol Meter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binnen enkele minuten ontvingen deelnemers directe resultaten, waardoor zij hun cardiovasculaire gezondheid beter konden begrijpen \u2014 zonder afspraak of laboratoriumbezoek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het evenement liet duidelijk zien hoe toegankelijk preventieve gezondheidszorg kan zijn wanneer deze rechtstreeks naar het publiek wordt gebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-samenwerken-voor-cardiovasculaire-preventie\">Samenwerken voor cardiovasculaire preventie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swiss Point of Care ondersteunde het evenement met cholesterinemeetapparatuur en teststrips, waardoor snelle en betrouwbare lipidenprofilering ter plaatse mogelijk werd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We werkten met trots samen met sterke partners, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boehringer Ingelheim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LAKUMED Kliniken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klinikum Landshut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samen hebben we het bewustzijn rondom cardiovasculaire risicofactoren vergroot en het belang van vroege detectie en preventieve zorg benadrukt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-raising-awareness-for-heart-health\">Raising Awareness for Heart Health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-raising-awareness-for-heart-health-cardiovascular-diseases-remain-one-of-the-leading-health-risks-in-europe-elevated-cholesterol-levels-and-blood-glucose-values-often-remain-unnoticed-for-years-increasing-long-term-risk\">Hart- en vaatziekten blijven een van de belangrijkste gezondheidsrisico\u2019s in Europa. Verhoogde cholesterol- en bloedsuikerwaarden blijven vaak jarenlang onopgemerkt, waardoor het langetermijnrisico toeneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initiatieven zoals <em>Herzenssache Lebenszeit<\/em> spelen een belangrijke rol in het zichtbaarder, toegankelijker en concreter maken van preventie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"
