Recommended Use:
Ghee is a pure form of clarified butter. The high smoking point (250°C) makes it very suitable for baking, roasting and stir-frying at high temperatures. And also tastes great to spread on (keto) bread. Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Lactose Free. Ghee is packed with essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-9 and contains vitamin A, D, E and K.
