Do you have several years of experience in preventive health, occupational health, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare and are you ready for your next commercial step?
At Swiss Point of Care, you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and building new commercial opportunities across the Benelux and DACH regions.
We are not only looking for a traditional salesperson. Experience in areas such as PMO/PAGO, vitality, healthcare, diagnostics, account management, product management or consultancy can be a strong fit.
More important than your current job title is that you understand the healthcare market, enjoy working with customers, recognise commercial opportunities and want to take responsibility for growth.
About Swiss Point of Care
Swiss Point of Care is part of Vital20 and focuses on medical diagnostics and preventive health.
We develop and supply solutions for areas including cholesterol, glucose, ketones, haemoglobin, cardiovascular risk and rapid self-tests. Our customers and partners include pharmacies, healthcare professionals, employers, screening organisations and distributors.
We are a small and dynamic team with short communication lines, a high level of personal responsibility and plenty of room to move quickly.
Our products are already sold in several European markets. In the coming years, we aim to further strengthen our position across the Benelux and DACH regions.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for commercial growth across the Benelux and DACH regions. You will manage existing customers, develop new accounts and build new partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- developing and growing existing customer relationships;
- actively approaching new customers, distributors and partners;
- developing commercial opportunities within PMO, PAGO, health screening and preventive health;
- conducting commercial discussions and negotiating pricing and terms;
- preparing and following up on quotations and commercial proposals;
- managing your sales pipeline and customer activities in CRM;
- using commercial data and market information to identify opportunities;
- representing Swiss Point of Care at trade shows, congresses and customer meetings;
- working closely with marketing, operations and management.
You will have clear commercial objectives, combined with the freedom to develop your market and customer portfolio in your own way.
Who are we looking for?
You have several years of relevant experience in areas such as:
- preventive or occupational health;
- PMO/PAGO or health screening;
- occupational health services or sustainable employability;
- diagnostics or medical devices;
- healthcare supply or distribution.
Your current role does not need to be a sales position. Backgrounds such as PMO/PAGO consultant, vitality advisor, account manager, project manager, product specialist, consultant, buyer, category manager or business developer can all be relevant.
In addition, you:
- are commercially minded and recognise opportunities;
- build relationships with customers easily;
- take initiative and responsibility;
- work independently and in a structured way;
- are comfortable using CRM, Excel and commercial data;
- are interested in working internationally and travelling regularly within the Benelux and DACH regions.
Experience in diagnostics or medical devices is an advantage, but a medical background is not required.
