Who you are

- You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English (oral and written). A little German doesn’t scare you.

What does the job involve
For the Customer Service & Commercial Support department, you are the point of contact for our customers, you process orders and you have contact with logistics.
You love working in multiple applications/systems at the same time, while in between a customer calls and a team colleague asks for your help or input.
That gives you energy.
- Processing the daily orders.
- Customer support and customer questions
- Sales Support
- Contact with logistics and suppliers
- Maintaining article forms, documentation, making sales presentations.
- New products: help with documentation, planning, labels, registrations and product development support
- Support in keeping up with our social media channels.

Your skills
- Good command of Dutch, English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- You are good with the computer and handy with the Internet, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- You are comfortable using multiple tools and apps at the same time, such as Gmail, Calendar, WordPress, Trustpilot, Active Campaign CRM, Facebook, Instagram.
- HBO educated..
- You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service or order desk employee
